JKR fabricated and installed a custom suspended table and swing seating set to create a unique gathering space at The District On 46. The build features a fully welded steel frame for strength and durability, precision-hung swing seats, and clean, modern finish that fits the outdoor aesthetic. This setup provides a functional centerpiece that's both eye-catching and built to withstand heavy daily use. This is a great example of our metalwork bringing creative spaces to life.

This project included the demolition and reconstruction of four apartment staircases. Each set of stairs had severely rusted stringers and failing concrete treads. We completed the work of one staircase per day, removing the damaged structure, installing new concrete steps, and rebuilding each unit with a fully structurally sound frame for long-term safety and durability.

This custom entrance project features a fully welded steel gate system with personalized metal art panels and matching perimeter fencing. We designed, fabricated, and installed the entryway to provide a durable, secure, and visually impressive entrance to the property. This project also includes the installation of a swing gate opener, offering smooth, reliable operation and everyday convenience. Built to withstand consistent use, this gate blends functionality with custom craftsmanship.

Built with horizontal welded rectangle tubing and structural steel posts, the fence delivers long-lasting durability while blending smoothly into the surrounding landscape. Each tubing was precision-spaced for consistent airflow and visual appeal, creating a sleek, high end finish that elevates the property.

The building includes multiple overhead doors for easy access, a full concrete foundation, and a clean functional layout tailored for year-round use. Built to withstand Texas weather, this shop offers long-term reliability and room for future expansion.
